Business Administrator to Support the Management of Our Family Office (m/f/d)

For our family office, which manages a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties, we are seeking a reliable, loyal, and entrepreneurial professional (m/f/d) to provide business management support to the executive team.
Our portfolio includes residential and commercial properties, with a focus on Munich and select locations in Germany that offer development potential.

In addition to actively managing our existing portfolio, we develop both renovation and new construction projects and carry them out independently.

To further develop and professionally manage our portfolio, we are seeking a business-minded professional to oversee our day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Joint responsibility for the financial management of our real estate portfolio
  • Management and Optimization of Residential and Commercial Property Leasing
  • Coordination and supervision of external property management companies and service providers
  • Budget planning, cash flow management, and portfolio-level controlling
  • Support for clients in managing new construction and development projects
  • Further development of internal structures, processes, and reporting systems

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed degree in real estate management, business administration, civil engineering, etc., or comparable training with professional experience
  • Ideally, relevant professional experience in the real estate sector (e.g., asset management, project development, property management, or banking)
  • Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • A strong sense of responsibility
  • A confident demeanor and strong communication skills
