Construction manager (m/f/d) for turnkey construction
Your tasks:
- Technical management and implementation of construction measures
- Technical management and implementation of construction measures
- Tenders, negotiations, and awarding of contracts to subcontractors
- Preparation of cost estimates and cost calculations
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (degree in architecture or civil engineering, construction technician, master craftsman training) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in construction management desirable, preferably in the field of (upscale) residential construction
- Confident manner, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
- Enjoy coordinating diverse processes, ability to work in a team, and flexibility

All-rounder (m/f/d) for our painting team
Your tasks:
- Supporting our team of painters in all tasks that arise
- Assisting on construction sites in and around Munich
- Taking on manual tasks, even beyond the field of painting
- Transportation and delivery trips for materials and tools
- General support for all aspects of our construction projects
Your profile:
- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work
- Class B driver’s license advantageous
- Flexibility and commitment
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Openness to learning new things – previous experience in painting is not a must
