Construction manager (m/f/d) for turnkey construction

Your tasks:

  • Technical management and implementation of construction measures
  • Technical management and implementation of construction measures
  • Tenders, negotiations, and awarding of contracts to subcontractors
  • Preparation of cost estimates and cost calculations

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training (degree in architecture or civil engineering, construction technician, master craftsman training) or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in construction management desirable, preferably in the field of (upscale) residential construction
  • Confident manner, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • Enjoy coordinating diverse processes, ability to work in a team, and flexibility

Your tasks:

  • Supporting our team of painters in all tasks that arise
  • Assisting on construction sites in and around Munich
  • Taking on manual tasks, even beyond the field of painting
  • Transportation and delivery trips for materials and tools
  • General support for all aspects of our construction projects

Your profile:

  • Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work
  • Class B driver’s license advantageous
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability
  • Openness to learning new things – previous experience in painting is not a must
