Our newly completed apartment building in Scherbaumstraße exudes a classic flair that fits perfectly into the neighborhood of Altperlach. The center of Altperlach is located around the historic village center at Pfanzeltplatz. With the old farmhouses and the baroque church of St. Michael on the east side, the village of Perlach is still visible. The historical events of the neighborhood can be read at the front of the history fountain. The traditional Maypole belongs here as well as the Bavarian village festivals. The Hachinger Bach running along here also gives the square a special atmosphere. Magnificent chestnut trees line its course on both sides and deliberately emphasize the village character.
